EFF Western Cape assist with “STUPID MONKEY” UTTERANCES – GOES TO COURT!!!!!

The EFF Western Cape is in a racial discrimination war with the imperialist, capitalist FNB. A Branch Manager of FNB called a Black employee a “stupid monkey”. The employee with the assistance of EFF laid a claim of hate speech against the white manager and FNB. The case will be heard in the Equality Court in Goodwood on 17 November 2016. FNB initially instituted disciplinary action against their white manager during which she was found guilty and dismissed. The CEO of FNB decided in his misplaced wisdom to unconditionally reinstate their white manager. This blatant disregard of the South African Constitution and the Equity Act prompted the EFF to assist the Black employee to turn to the Courts to ensure that justice prevails.
